Thomas R. Buckley Chief Executive Officer

In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Tom Buckley is responsible for establishing the company's strategic vision and growth, building a top-flight management team and developing strategic alliances with business partners.

As a founder of the holding company, Redi-Direct Marketing, Inc., Tom has overseen the growth of one of New Jersey's fastest-growing companies. Since 1990, Redi-Direct has grown from eight employees to its current total of more than 850 professional support personnel. Before founding Redi-Direct, Tom had ten years of accounting, audit, operations and finance experience with a number of companies, including five years at KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick Mitchell and Co.).

Tom is a member of the Board of Directors for StayinFront and is chairman of the Board of Directors for Redi-Direct Marketing, Inc. Tom has taught courses at Montclair State University, from which he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He also holds an executive M.B.A. in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
